Most rides are announced by e-mail on Sunday night for the following Wednesday or an alternate day, weather permitting.**Helmets are required, and water or another hydration source strongly recommended.** Also, riders should carry a spare inner tube and any tools needed to change a flat tire. Sometimes we meet afterwards for lunch, or perhaps for a glass of wine at a winery. Come ride with us. No one will be left behind. E-mail Neal at nealmichael@hotmail.com .
